It’s a tale as old as time itself, a brand new season of anime is upon us and with that comes many things, mainly western tourists projecting their sensibilities regarding the overt sexual nature of a specific series or in this instance seemingly proclaiming a harmless image of a fully clothed woman to be inexcusably sexual.
Studio Trigger, one of the most highly coveted anime production studios in my humble opinion are immensely overrated, nevertheless the producers of anime adaptations such as Darling in the FranXX, Little Witch Academia, Kill la Kill and Brand New Animal have a brand new spectacle airing this season, it’s called Dungeon Meshi or “Delicious in Dungeon“.
And much like many of Trigger produced anime it’s available on the cancerous platform that is Netflix, bringing anime to the lounges of the most despicable and detestable terminally online Twitter enthusiasts imaginable.
The series as a whole is rather comedic, the narrative follows the warrior Laios as he leads a party through a dungeon with the goal of reviving his sister, Falin, who was consumed by a dragon. Faced with a shortage of supplies, Laios, perhaps a bit too enthusiastically, compels the party to survive by consuming the different monsters they encounter in the dungeon.
But of course the main spectacle is the rambunctious and spontaneous nature of the elf girl, Marcille. But given how the series is simultaneously premiering on Netflix you’d expect nothing less than a bunch of ingrates taking to social media getting upset over fictional drawings.
And that’s exactly what happened. With Studio Trigger themselves sharing artwork featuring Marcille, in promotion for the series debut, she is laying on the floor. Fully clothed mind you, it’s simple artwork that isn’t inherently provocative or features sexual undertones whatsoever.
But atlas, this is the modern world, a world where detestable liberal scum seemingly get agitated over fictional drawings, treating them as if they were real like humans, projecting their own sick twisted nature by proclaiming to be morally righteous, and of course they’re threatening actual people over these aforementioned drawings.
A plethora of psychopathic tourists, who no doubt discovered the series thanks to Netflix, further proving the fact that globalization, making anime become “mainstream” is quite possibly the worst thing that has ever happened to the medium, proclaim the image to be sexualizing Marcille.
For an anime season rife with ecchi adaptations, leave it to terminally online Twitter freaks to get offended and proclaim that the most all-ages series and SFW artwork is invertedly sexual.
With dipshits such as this lovely individual, threatening acts of violence over fictional characters that they perceive to be sexual or sexualized, of promotional artwork featuring a fully clothed character, these are the scum that project and gaslight others by proclaiming everyone else to be “porn addicts”.
It’s quite quaint isn’t it, those who seemingly find everything invertedly sexual insulting others as being sexual deviants, porn addicts or pedophiles, depending on the artwork of course.
Anyone who proclaims the image to be invertedly sexual or claims that the promotional artwork by Trigger is sexualizing the character is most definitely a malicious porn addict projecting their brain rot upon everyone else, which is why they seemingly cannot disassociate fiction and reality.
Modern western society seems to struggle with navigating sexuality in a healthy manner. Individuals often find themselves drawn to explicit content, rationalizing their own desires by attributing them to the explicit nature of the images rather than acknowledging their own sexual thoughts.
Simply because in modern western society, these people worship ugliness.
The responses to the promotional artwork featuring Marcille from Delicious in Dungeon highlight the delusions of individuals in the West in regards to anime as a whole.
Despite Marcille being fully clothed and the image lacking any provocative elements, some Western audiences exhibit an exaggerated sensitivity towards anime content.
Studio Trigger seemingly living up to their name, as sex-negative tourists flock en masse to harass, slander and gaslight their way into our fandom.
These retards have no qualms with horrible and hideous western animation getting raunchy or sexualizing fictious minors, however when it comes to foreign animation featuring attractive looking women they seemingly cannot help but have a mental breakdown.
Hence why they water down the term “porn addict” by insulting regular everyday anime fans as these people seemingly see fanservice and sexualization in everything they lay their eyes upon, which is far from a healthy way to live.
Nothing but delusional tourists whining about the supposed “sexualization” of a fully clothed fictional woman because it arouses them and makes them feel ashamed, once again justifying the stance that these particular individuals should be gatekept from Japanese media entertainment with extreme prejudice.
