Who would have guessed that the retarded sheep that continually buy the same, depreciating garbage on a yearly basis are that inept that they cannot decipher between two releases of the same name.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s campaign released early to consumers dumb enough to pre-order the game, and it was met with extremely harsh criticism, mostly because the game itself was nothing more than a glorified DLC package for 2022’s Modern Warfare 2 which aimed to sell your average COD player a bunch of recycled nostalgia for a game that released back in 2009.
On top of Activision accidentally confirming that this latest game was actually DLC, combined with its cancerous 200+ GB install size, featuring uncompressed assets galore and more than likely because of the repasting of files present inside last years release and 2019’s Modern Warfare reboot as well.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s campaign is hilariously short, with many outlets proclaiming it to be a boring and bland three hour venture, not even IGN, the most infamous shill happy journalist review outlet couldn’t salvage Activision’s trainwreck as they gave its campaign a piss poor rating of 4/10.
But when the game officially does release I fully expect IGN to simply bend over and give its multiplayer portion a stellar 10/10 for “making Call of Duty great again” or something along those lines, disgruntled soy-infused millennials eagerly wish to go back to simpler times, such as 2009 of which this new game’s multiplayer foundation directly copies.
The players themselves share similar sentiment, it only took them about a decade of being resold the same game only progressively worse before their suspicions were raised, 2019’s Modern Warfare Reboot was a breath of fresh air at least in terms of its multiplayer component, given how previous installments were dead set on verticality, with space themes, exo suits and rubbish world war releases which paled in comparison to the original.
In typical Call of Duty consumer fashion, known for their intelligence and sound financial decisions, consumers rushed out to share their thoughts and opinions on Activision’s latest pile of excrement considered to be a video game.
These people went out in droves to leave negative reviews on outlets such as Metacritic, the only problem is that these people simply couldn’t tell the difference between Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (2011) and the latest 2023 release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III.
The only difference being the usage of roman numerals in the naming scheme, totally not confusing and deceptive.
I can’t be that outraged regarding this matter, I’ve previously gone over how retarded and confusing the Call of Duty franchise has become in recent years, simply because there’s zero enthusiasm and creativity that actually goes into the series anymore at this point.
I’m sure you’ve heard the saying that “evil cannot create, only destroy” and destroy Activision shall.
In retaliation of mentally malnourished consumers confusing the two games of the same name, leaving bad reviews for the 2011 release, users on Steam have begun to leave positive reviews for the long forgotten entry claiming it to be the superior option.
Personally, I didn’t like it, the only solid component was its single player campaign and even that was borderline average, a far cry from the previous campaigns. But at least 2011’s Modern Warfare 3 was a full fledged video game, unlike 2023’s cash grab reboot.
Considering how Activision have managed to milk more titles out of the Call of Duty franchise than its player base has IQ it’s understandable given how Activision has lost all imagination for the series as a whole as they’re essentially pulling the same hat trick with the Black Ops franchise with 2020’s Black Ops Cold War modernized reboot of the 2008 original.
Without a doubt this release of Modern Warfare III will go down as possibly being the most negative in quite a long time, but regardless of which I am certain that millions of simpletons will still pay $70 for a worthless stop-gap DLC package filled to the brim with microtransactions with its multiplayer component being a complete asset flip to warrant a continuation.
But given how Activision have now successfully rebooted the entire trilogy of the Modern Warfare series who really knows what’s next for them to tarnish, as they’ll more than likely have Treyarch bastardize 2012’s release of Black Ops 2 in the near future.
I for one hope they reboot the reboot of 2019’s Modern Warfare, Activision can really drive home the 2K vibes with their future installments of drip fed trash that now features Niki Minaj.
Because you deserve it, if COD fans continually buy sloppy shit, they’re going to keep making sloppy shit for you to buy again, just like sports titles.
